Located *8km east of West Wyalong on the Newell Highway, 'Eastleigh is a 1,814ha (4,484 acre) property currently being used for broad acre farming. Under current management, a sound cropping rotation consisting of wheat, barley, canola and vetch has been used across the years to maximise production and improve the soils. A targeted soil improvement program consisting of lime and gypsum applications across the farm has helped improve productivity under present management. Sowing can commence on one side of the property and finish on the other side without one gate having to be navigated. Long runs with very few paddock trees mean paddock operations are quick and efficient. The 2023 cropping program consisted of 489ha of wheat, 430ha of canola, 416ha barley and 443ha of vetch.

Another strategic feature of the property is the *8km of well formed all weather gravel roads which run throughout the property. These roads allow for easy transportation of product to and from the property no matter what weather conditions are prevailing.

Town water is connected to the property ensuring clean spraying water at all times. The water feeds into tanks at a central point from which spraying operations are conducted.

Trees have been planted along roads to provide protection and wildlife corridors to offset the large mainly treeless cropping paddocks.

The current owners use a full contract team for all aspects of their farming operation and the team have indicated they would be willing to continue working with the new owners.
