Can you imagine owning a block with approx. 4 kms of tidal Euleilah Creek frontage to play with!! I could only think as we drove around how fantastic it would be for the kids and grandkids to be able to come to a block like this and play. If you decided to build, rubbish bin collection is available and mail could be delivered 5 days a week. School children can catch the school bus to either the primary school in Baffle Creek or the Rosedale Pre-Grade 12 school. Rates are approx. $2,010 per year.
