Approximately is 28 km North of Ivanhoe on the Cobb Highway.
Soil is red sandy loam, all native pastures of burr medics, barrel and cut leaf clover, crow foot with winter rains and spear grass, barley grass, copper burr, some saltbushes, cannon ball and many other annual grasses following rain. Timber mainly Belah, Rosewood with some Nelia and Yarran.
Historically property has ran a self-replacing merino flock with 5,000 breeding ewes.
