Situated in the Beach House Complex at Eurong on the World Heritage listed Fraser Island the cottage is close to all of the tourist attractions and just a 30 minute trip up the beach from the barge at Inskip Point. Easily accessible for those extra long weekends if travelling from Brisbane and surrounds.

The Cottage finished construction in 2021 and is very popular for family holidays. You can choose to rent it out yourself or have the onsite management look after the rentals. The body Corporate fees cover all infrastructure costs and ground maintenance, one of the many advantages of owning a property in this location. There is 24-hour power and water on site.

The Cottage boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is completely fitted out with everything you need and more. Two queen beds, two king-single beds, and a fold out sofa-bed provides sleeping arrangements for up to 8-guests. Ready for living, the Cottage is already equipped with fridge, oven, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all new as of 2021. The Cottage is being sold on a walk in walk out basis including all furnishings as listed. Designed to be easy to maintain and clean, there are tiles throughout the Cottage in all areas. There is undercover parking for one vehicle in the carport.

The property has a great deck for those summer afternoons, fans for those summer days and a beautiful pool and spa within the complex. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach and to Eurong Village where you can get fresh bread from the bakery, grab some essentials, or enjoy an afternoon delight at the Resort or have dinner.
