Situated 30km north east of the rural community of Newdegate, Goodes has a mix of gentle undulating soil types ranging from some clay loam, sandy gravels, yellow sand plain and gravel loams that would be well suited to all farming pursuits. Goodes could be either a stand alone farming operation or addition to an existing farming operation.
