I may not be the best house on the street

I have everything it takes to be a great house I just need some TLC, can you help me?
I have two bedrooms that are quite large with built in cupboards.
My kitchen is spacious and has a lot of cupboards and is open to the dining/lounge room that is quite substantial in size.
I have a shower over the bath, toilet and good vanity in the bathroom.
You will find the laundry downstairs and a room with a second toilet and the basics for another shower.
My yard is 812m2 and there is a good bore for all the gardening needs. I have a good sized lockable shed and a separate garden shed too.
Being Housing Commission built, I am sturdy and well put together, I just need your vision to make me your home.
