Situation and Services:
55km East of Bourke with frontage to the Tarcoon Road.

Area:
2,565.27ha (6,339 acres). W.L.L. 4231 Managed as a Conservation Area under P.V.P. until 04/02/2023.

Country:
Majority red country with box flats and some Mulga watercourses. Timber consists of Sandalwood, Leopardwood, Ironwood, Blackbox, Bimblebox, Wilga, Beefwood, Wild Orange and some areas of Hopbush and stands of Mulga. Country grows a mix of grasses and light salines.

Fencing:
Fenced into one paddock with hinged joint on all sides. The northern and half of the western side is new 7/90/30 hinged joint with all steel end assemblies, the southern and balance of the western side is hinged joint tied onto existing steel suspension fencing.


Water:
Paddock is watered by one, large dam with good catch that is fenced off and trapped for the control of goats.
