Not suitable for pets. Must have good references. I am looking for a three-month to six-month lease. Possible extension for the right tenant. The longer term and shorter term tenants that have stayed in the past have thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and its location. For the past twelve months it has been on Air BnB (see link) but now looking for longer term tenants.
