Holmleigh is an extremely well watered property, with a good body of feed, excellent cattle yards, good fences, and is also tick free.
13,946.314 hectares (34,420 acres approx.)in three leasehold titles, plus 1455 hectares (3600 acres approx.) of stock route encompassing Tower Hill Creek.
Holmleigh consists of mainly red soil open forest country, black soil flats and pulled gidyea country. Timber types consist of Silver Gidyea, Iron Bark, Corkwood, Bloodwood, Beefwood, Bauhinia, Leopardwood and Boree. Grasses include Native Bluegrass, Mitchell, Flinders, Bull Mitchell, Buffel, Spinifex, Seca and Verano Stylos. Homeleigh is presently well grassed.
