The Dingo Pocket farm comprises 139.648 ha (345 acres) of land with approx. 98.4 ha (243.1 acres) of cropping area and a 1064 Megalitres Water Allocation to irrigate from adjoining Tully River. There is also a conditional quarry material Allocation to extract quarry material (sand) from adjoining Tully River.

Both farms have a large amount of building infrastructure and includes the banana crop and some machinery and equipment.

The Jarra Creek farm is situated approx. 11.5 km from the Tully Post Office, and the Dingo Pocket farm approx. 15.8 km from the Tully Post Office.
