Your own private driveway with a garden shed for storage.
- Site fees are $127.00 per week, including water.
- Electricity is "pay for what you use." They do a reading every 3 months and invoice
- Gas, internet and Landline; if required, the homeowner is to organise & pay directly with the provider
- All permanent residents must be a minimum of 50 years of age
- Permanent residents are not allowed to keep pets
- Any changes to the exterior of the property must be approved in the first instance by the Park Manager; however, if structural, they may also require Council approval.
- Residence and all buildings must not occupy more than 60% of the land ( if buying an existing property that was previously approved by council, the existing property can stay)
