This dual key apartment at Salt Beach consists of 2 separate apartments with a common access foyer . It is ideal for a holiday escape or holiday letting.
One super king size bed in main bedroom with built in wardrobe, 2 king single beds in the adjoining apartment also with a built in mirror wardrobe, and one double sofa bed in the living room. The main bathroom has a spa bath. Each room is air-conditioned and have a balcony with magnificent views to Mt Warning.
3 flat screens including a 50 inch plasma (which include movie channels), and a DVD player (along with some music and movie DVDs) are provided. A safe is provided. WIFI is available at a cost, and an internet kiosk (password from reception).
Dishwasher, oven, microwave and all cutlery, crockery etc provided. An internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.
This 1st floor apartment is a short 2 minute walk from Salt Beach. The magnificent oceanfront resort Mantra on Salt is set on beautifully manicured gardens & boasts 2 resort pools, hot tub, tennis courts, table tennis, gym, 2 large outdoor BBQs in beautiful gardens, pushbikes & secure basement parking. A bike track runs along the foreshore to either Casuarina or Kingscliff, both very enjoyable rides. At low tide enjoy your ride along the beautiful beach as far as the eye can see!
Our apartment being dual key living is perfect for couples, families and friends. Next door is the Mantra Village which consists of a selection of popular restaurants and the The Salt Bar which provides a great atmosphere with live entertainment.
This unit is a great investment with a high tenancy rate with all 5 star reviews. An example review ": We had a fabulous short stay, great location for beach lovers or if you like to relax by one of the 2 pools. Apartment is spacious and self contained which is great for preparing own meals to dining out, with plenty of dining options downstairs (our fav was Mexican) followed by Gelato shop for dessert! Was great to have a game of tennis something we all play! Thanks Steve for being a great host, greeting us and the chilled bottle of wine to kick off our holiday was much appreciated :)"
40 minutes south is Byron Bay, 45 minutes north are the theme parks.. Seaworld, Dreamworld, Movie World, Wet and Wild, Australian Outback Spectacular and Paradise Country Aussie Farm and wildlife.
30 minutes to the west is Murwillumbah and the beautiful hinterland rainforest where the Natural Arch is.
15 minutes north is Coolangatta Airport (OOL) and the famous surfing location of Snapper Rocks and Rainbow Bay. The Currumbin Bird Sanctuary is 30 minutes away and Surfers Paradise a further 15 minutes north. This is a great investment and a place you can relax on your holidays.
