TURF SPRINKLER SYSTEM
All the turf is on an automated watering system so that all you do is set your times, days and time watered at the shed. This system also enables all water tanks to be filled simply by opening a valve at the bottom of each tank and manually turn the pump on at the shed and set the time, it takes approx 30 to 40 minutes to fill each tank.

3 PHASE PUMP
The pump has a flow switch on it in case for some reason it starts and after 6 minutes if there is no water being pumped through it or if it is pumping but a solenoid does not open it switches off preventing any damage to the pump or poly pipe connections. There are 2 one way flow valves in the draw pipe that prevent it from losing its prime.

SHED WATER TANK
The water pump that services the house can also be simply connected to the shed water pump which enables the house to continue to use water.

PUMP REMOVAL
When the river rises the pump is easily moved with quick release cam locks and there is a cam lock cap that can be locked onto the end of the draw pipe that has just been disconnected from the pump. This ensures that when the river riseA¢a?¬a?¢s the draw pipe stays in place as the pipe is filled with water and the foot valve is on floats. It also has a shut off valve on the delivery side of the pump in the poly so that when the pump is disconnected. It can be shut off, so that it also is full, not only preventing it from moving if it floods but also when it is hooked up again the draw pipe can be primed.

Even after the record floods earlier this year it did not lose one piece of pump irrigation. The 3 phase lead is then dragged up the bank as it also removed via a quick release system. The 4 Wheel Drive 4 wheeler has a winch set up on the front of the bike that is used if it is raining to winch the pump out but most of the time it can be hooked up to the tow ball and towed out.

FENCING: Most of the boundary is fenced with 3 barbed fencing (good order).

SEWERAGE: ENVIROFLOW
This is the sewerage waste system that converts all waste from both house and shed into water that is then automatically fed onto all fruit trees. If there is ever any problems with the enviroflow a loud audible alarm goes off and can be reset in the fuse box attached to the shed. Service - $300 per year and a company comes out 4 times a year and does a complete service on it.
