" Lilyvale", Dingo QLD 4702

Area & Tenure: "Lilyvale" is held in 2 Lots, Lot 102 on SP217270 in Freehold is 852.6 Hectares (2106 Acres) and Lot 8 on HT641 (Non Specific) Reserve 248:SL 35/51404 is 7.5 Hectares (18.5 Acres). The smaller lot has been used as a council gravel pit. Well located just off the Capricorn Highway, 5kms East of Dingo.

Country Description: Approx. 300 Acres of Open & Semi Open undulating Black soil downs country, with Mitchell & Flinders pastures and native grasses. There is approx. 200 acres of standing & semi open softwood scrub with Sarbe, Panic, Forest Mitchell, Spear Grass, and native grasses. The remaining balance of the property comprises of approx. 1600 acres of Wattle, Ironbark & Box forest country with Sarbe, Panic, Forest Mitchell, Spear Grass, and native grasses. 600 acres was pulled late February 2016.
