A unique property of 101.2 hectares (250 acres) with in excess of 2 kilometres bordering Logan Lagoon. Logan Lagoon Conservation Area on the south-east corner of Flinders Island in Bass Strait, is internationally recognised as a significant wetland by its listing under the Convention on Wetlands of International Importance (the Ramsar Convention). The lagoon contains a particularly good example of near natural wetland and provides feeding and resting habitat for a number of migratory waders. The property, which is fenced around the perimeter, consists of native coastal vegetation and tussocks and is close to the township of Lady Barron. A very private and remote location for the nature lover.
