PRD Northern Rivers is proud to be appointed by the NSW Reconstruction Authority (RA) to manage the sale of 10 homes acquired through the Resilient Homes Program.

Each of the 10 homes will be sold at a public auction, held on 17 November at Lismore Workers Sports Club (202 Oliver Avenue, Goonellabah) from 5.30pm.

At the auction, those who have registered will be able to bid for the homes. The winning bidders will enter into a contract with RA for the purchase of a home; the land is not included. This will include paying a deposit and agreeing to meet the conditions set out in the contract of sale.

There will be no reserve price set for the auction. A deposit of 50% of the purchase price up to $1,000 is payable on auction night

A copy of the draft contract as well as hygiene reports for each property are available on request. Inspections to view the homes will be held on 28 October, 4 November and 11 November.
