Important Information Notice

To All Potential Bidders -
Please be aware that if you are the successful bidder for any of the allotments a deposit of 10% is required upon the fall of the hammer.

Payment can be made by cash, an Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or by Bank Cheque.

Should your bank cheque not be sufficient to cover the 10% required, the balance amount may be paid via an Electronic Fund Transfers on the next available working day.

Electronic Fund Transfers made on the day are to be completed prior to you leaving the signing table and you must email to us directly a copy of the transaction receipt - your contract will be deemed as not completed without us sighting this documentation.

Should you decide to pay your deposit via an Electronic Fund Transfer, you may need to contact your bank to arrange for your transaction limit to be increased.

Unfortunately, as per the Auction Conditions of Sale, Personal cheques or payment via credit card cannot be accepted.


Risk and Ownership
Please be aware of Clause 21 in the Auction Conditions of Sale, which reads:

21 Risk and ownership

21.1 Risk From the date of the Contract:
(a) the Property, all improvements and the Chattels are at the Purchaser's risk; and
(b) all insurances are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.

21.2 Ownership
Ownership of the Property and the Chattels passes to the Purchaser on the Completion Date.
