78 acres of predominantly cleared and improved land at East Russell, 5 kilometres east of the township of Babinda. 70km's south of Cairns and 30km's north of Innisfail. It is mostly cleared with a small amount of rainforest at the top end of the property. The land is mostly flat with a gentle rise up to the rainforest at the eastern end. There is also rainforest over the southern boundary.
