These 40 acres (16.1 ha) with bitumen road frontage are located in the Mount Maria area in the Baffle Creek district.

An old caravan is located towards the front of the block. From the front gate, you drive in through the block and up to the top of the hill from where you get great views over the area. Once you drive down the hill on the other side, you come into more user friendly land. This is where you would build. This area also has a good dam site. Cattle are currently grazing over the property.

Fenced on three sides, I?d say about half of the block (the front half) is zoned white with the remainder being zoned green (vegetation not of concern). Ranging between 41m and 84m above seal level, it is a block that would clean up nicely.

If you love fishing and boating, then 10km will put you at Walkers Crossing where you can fish in Baffle Creek or alternatively 15 mins will put you on the concrete boat ramp on Baffle Creek at the old ferry crossing.

Power and phone are available along the front boundary. If you decided to build, the school bus is available out front and rubbish bin collection is available.
