Two plantations comprising approximately 134 hectares (net stocked) of Pinus radiata of ages 11 and 15 years together with freehold land titles totalling approximately 157 hectares, are available for sale through ACL. Both plantations were established and managed by Forestry Corporation of NSW (FCNSW) in traditional high rainfall forestry areas in Southern NSW.

Sale of the plantations is unencumbered.

First thinning harvest achieving high yields is completed in the older 92 hectare plantation located at Tumorrama near Tumut . Planning in preparation for first thinning is underway in the younger 42 hectare plantation located at Burraga near Bathurst.
