We are selling this brilliant block of land which has wonderfully close & fully direct views over fabulous White Beach, which is a popular location very near the town of Nubeena, and not far from historic Port Authur.

Nubenna Council valued this block at $82,000 as of July 2015. (Letter to prove this valuation available.). I posted this block for sale for 72,000 but have reduced it by more than 5,000 I bought land in 2014, but am now staying on mainland for family reasons.

It is a good size 'native' block with a forward slope of about 5-10% maximum. It looks steeper just off the road, but is actually not much of a slope.

A single level weekender or a permanent home of any size would fully reveal wonderful unimpeded wide-angle views over White Beach. One can always rent a place if one builds on land as rentals in White Beach is high demand.

The location is very tranquil to wake up to, and anyone who has ever been to the White Beach area really admires it.

Services like power, NBN internet/web, and phone can all be connected at the site of course.

Only 10 minutes away is the larger excellent town of Nubeena. If you want a low noise and low-stress place to call home this is really where it all begins.

There is boat launch ramp nearby. Surf beaches are also very close. Hobart city is around 1.20 minutes away from White Beach.
