The land is undulating to hilly with some steepish country and includes nice heavy fertile soils and excellent established pastures of Clover and Rye Grass.
The country has had a good history of fertilisers applied.

The terrain includes granite outcrops, established trees for livestock shelter and there are several well-maintained dams. The Tod River runs through the property so ample stock-water is always available.

Fenced into 5 main paddocks with cyclone mesh and timber posts with some supporting iron droppers. There is an implement shed and an old shearing shed, although not currently in use.
