Lot 6 on the Benalla Park Estate Subdivision is a corner Lot of approx 4038sqm.
The Lot will have underground power, town water and NBN Fibre to Node available.
Lot 6 is part of the Stage One Development and is a short walk to the Native Billabong.
Roads are currently under construction and with title expected by end September 2021.
​As part of the development it was decided to leave intact the native billabong which will be the wetland reserve with trees that are many hundreds of years old and predate colonization. Their exposed and cracked limbs contain many hollows which are inhabited by a surprising amount of native wildlife including squirrel glider, parrots and honey bees.
The reserve has a natural watercourse supplying water in the winter which dries out in the summer. In the spring you can find frog spawn, and hear the croak of healthy amphibians. Ducks nest in the winter and their progeny can be seen marching through the paddocks in the spring.
