The orchard is young and has commenced commercial production with 71 tonnes of nuts harvested for the 2024 season. The forecast tonnage is 130 tonnes of NIS for the 2025 season. Included on the property is a high clearance machinery shed (21m x 12m) with a 5,000-gallon polyurethane rainwater tank attached and a storage/pump shed (12m x 3.3m). There is no house and machinery is not included in the sale.
