15 mins or less will take you to your choice of a boat ramp on tidal Baffle Creek or Deepwater Creek. the same amount of time will put you on Wreck Rock Beach in the Deepwater National Park or Rules Beach.

Bitumen road to within 7km of the property, mail is delivered 5 days a week. Children can catch the school bus out front. Power and phone are available also along the front boundary. Rates are approx. $750.00 per year.
