The Ocean Cottages come with approximately 22000 litres of tank water. Town water is connected, however to date never been used. There is also connected town sewage.
For the creative there is potential to improve on this already neat and tidy property by adding your personal touch. For example, add another level or 2 to the rear cottage and admire the views towards Bustard Head (STCA) and spend early evening watching the spectacular sunsets over Bustard Bay.
