Lot 86 Cardinal Loop, Lakelands WA 6180

Ocean Hill’s first stage, The Village Release, is located within walking distance of the ocean, is in close proximity to regional woodland and is less than 400m from the new Town Centre where Aldi, Coles, Kmart and 40 specialty stores will open in 2017.

Ocean Hill Private Estate is a place for people who want to live connected to both our stunning coast and our beautiful native woodland. From the top of the elevated park, you’ll be able to watch the sun setting over the Indian Ocean while enjoying cooling breezes, rising up from the wide green expanse in front of you. This greenway will actually link the estate to the ocean. You may not have thought it possible, but this dream lifestyle will soon be within your reach.

This community will be like no other because it has been designed to take advantage of its existing natural features including a high rocky ridgeline, native woodlands and numerous grand stands of mature trees. The central park will be a place where the whole community will come together to see glorious sunsets, enjoy entertainment and celebrate nature.

Family living doesn’t get any more convenient than this. At Ocean Hill, you’re only 10 minutes from all the buzz and amenity of Mandurah city and just 25 minutes from Rockingham. In 2017, the area will have its own town centre 400 metres away, boasting a Kmart, Aldi and Coles. For young families, there is already a primary school and Baptist College nearby and the new Lakelands Senior High School will be opening in 2019.

A healthy coastal lifestyle is very much part of the Ocean Hill experience. You’ll be able to walk or ride through a beautiful green corridor directly to Madora Beach, just one kilometre from the estate. This sparkling white beach is widely regarded to be one of the best south of Fremantle.
