Lot FU offers beautiful views of Basil Bay and the blue ocean stretching to the mainland, as well as views to the north. This sloping block provides the owner with the opportunity to build either a single-story home or cascading levels down the block.

Keswick Island, like most islands along our coastline, is owned by the State Government. The State Government has leased the development portion of Keswick Island to the head lessee, who then creates residential and commercial subleases. Therefore, Lot FU is a residential sublease.

Of the 153 existing subleases, approximately 26 properties have already been built. Nine of these are permanent residences, with the rest primarily being holiday homes. The 99-year development lease began on April 9, 1996, and is counting down.
