At LA TERRACE DE BLISS SUBLIME:
A large, luxury caravan with wooden interiors and a separate bedroom that can be petitioned off for parents, while a child or teenager could sleep on the lounge bed. It has a full ensuite bathroom, a medium size refrigerator and an alfresco dining area, all underneath a large insulated roof, covering the caravan and the outdoor patio. Lots of land to grow fruits, vegetables, nuts, herbs and flowers.
At JOIE D'AMOUR:
GORGEOUS LAND SITE for your own Tiny House, Caravan or Bus. $195/week for one individual, which includes electricity connection and use of sheltering gazebo for alfresco dining or storage. Next to a premium stainless steel rainwater tank. Add $25 for a second individual of any age. With no electricity usage the base fee is $175/week for one person.

This garden sanctuary is unfortunately not able to accommodate dogs or roosters, however a domesticated pet cat that does not disturb native fauna, and chickens for eggs, are very welcome.
We have discovered that the absolute loveliest and most suitable tenants are always those who are happy to openly answer ALL the questions towards the later section of this letter, in order to receive their personal INVITATION TO VIEW.
The other adorable, respectful, kind, creative, intelligent, quiet, professional people, who are living somewhere in this sanctuary very healthily, are meditation and yoga practitioners, farm workers, gentle singers, adorable tradies, a psychologist and spiritual healer and sometimes masters or PhD university students, growing their own vegetables and fruits and smiling a lot!
It is very relaxing here and sometimes residents choose to have meals together and/or they might meditate and do yoga together or go out together. Or, they just relax on their own.
We are approximately 10 - 12 minutes or so drive west of Mullumbimby Town. Being in the hills makes our climate far more delightful than town, due to our altitude and cool summer breezes.
Minimum stay is normally 12 months or longer and we usually give preference to those who want to lease for 2 years minimum or longer and grow their own vegetables, nuts, cooking spices and herbs.
ALL Accommodation spaces are overlooking glorious forest, brightly coloured flowers and rolling hills with some ocean views in the distance.
We are situated between Mullumbimby Town and Main Arm Store. We are approximately 10 minutes or so drive from Mullumbimby Town and approximately 5 minutes or so drive from the fabulous and yummy General Store in Main Arm, which doubles as an excellent cafe.
The views and ambience from everywhere at this garden - paradise are sublime; the silence, peace and bird songs exquisite.
We normally only lease to people who physically visit this sanctuary, so we never do extra photos, virtual tours or phone and video calls. By being here during your viewing, you can experience the beauty and exquisitely peaceful ambience of the glorious views and beautiful nature.
It is essential for me to appreciate a few more details about you, to help create a group of residents on the overall property, who are most likely to be very happy to be in the vicinity of each other, in this peaceful paradise and who all have genuine intentions for a "long-term home".
