For the right people I will negotiate and have ideas towards a plan that might help reduce the final costs .
If you have read thus far and am wondering why this prestigeous property has not sold yet and why it is back with the owner ,
short answer ,
I have been through the Agent system and found it is hard to find one that has any energy for selling beyond the easy suburbs in this bouyant market climate .
I have come to realize my place is a one off and I will need people with imagination and ambition to own a wonderful safe family environment .
It would also be an advantage if they appreciate the value of Jarrah houses .
