A shared laundry room is located to the back of the units. Shared use of grounds / carports included with other tenants on the premises.

Please note gardens are maintained by the landlord and water is included in your weekly rent. Power is metered separately and charged to you by the agent.

If you are approved to move into any of our rental properties you will be required to pay 4 weeks rent as bond, 2 weeks rent in advance, if you have pets the $260 pet bond before you collect the keys for the property.
