The diverse acreage hosts countless endangered possums, green tree frogs, and several resident Tree Kangaroos that enjoy spending time in the trees visible from the main living space.

The main dwelling consists of two shipping containers joined by a steel framed roof. One of the containers is cleverly set up as a kitchen with wooden floors, complete with a brand new kitchen drawers and cabinets, a slow combustion wood fire stove and oven with wetback and a gas stove top and oven.

The other container serves as a bedroom or lounge room with a modern ensuite, consisting of a shower and vanity. Fitted with an instant gas hot water system supplying hot water for the shower and tub.

An additional Living and dining area is located in between the two structures. This outdoor/indoor entertainment area has paved floors and plastic blinds to keep the warmth of the potbelly oven in, and the weather out. A hand carved breakfast bar offers a great platform for having meals whilst watching the birds and other wildlife. A pizza oven/smoker will stay to ensure entertaining is easy.

A large older dwelling has recently been used as an Artists Studio, a Mens shed, and an outdoor living area. This space is completely undercover ready to be used for a variety of needs and opens to a truly beautiful area of the manicured rainforest. Additionally a colourbond steel shed has recently been built on a platform and is suitable for a range of uses.

Water is always guaranteed by 5000L rainwater tanks and a pump installed at the spring.
A 2.6 kw solar electricity system keeps this off grid property operating, easily topped up by a Large Generator, and Mains Power.
A caravan offers an additional room for guests or kids.
The large undercover veggie garden and greenhouse along with the space for chickens will supply all a chef can wish for in the kitchen.

The property has year-round easy access to one of the largest and widest rivers in the tablelands region; the Beatrice River.

Only 5-10 minutes to one of Australia's most iconic Waterfalls, Millaa Millaa Falls and more waterfalls at every turn.
