This country style cottage is in a very central location just 5 minutes walk to the main town of Mittagong, It is 5 minutes walk to the train station and 15 minutes walk to Lake Alexandra.



There are two main bedrooms and one smaller room that can be used as a study or an extra bedroom. Main bedrooms are carpeted and the third room has floor boards.



All windows have timber frames and are covered with near new venetian (white) blinds (see photos).



The kitchen includes a sink, bench space, oven, cupboards and a small pantry. The floor is tiled. Ceilings have traditional and ornate cornices.



This home has a split system ducted air conditioning/heating unit vented to each room. It also has a back-to-base alarm system.
