Situated in a private rural setting lies this 20 Hectare cane farm with water frontage to the North Arm of the Clarence River.

Offering a farm house with river and rural views situated and the end of a lane way with no close neighbours, ensuring you much sought after privacy.

No farmhouse would be complete without a big old kitchen and this one is a beauty with generous cupboard space and a walk-in pantry plus room for a deep freezer.

A small staircase leads down to the bathroom and laundry that are on ground level.

Located just a short drive from the coast with beautiful beaches nearby.
