This established mature vineyard consists of 6 Ha of Shiraz, Cabernet, Merlot, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc grapes which have been grown using organic and biodynamic farming practices for the last 12 years.
The 22 year old vineyard has been used to produce a number of flagship, award winning wines for wineries in the region and the current owner would be keen to enter into a contract to buy grapes from the purchaser at a premium price for at least the next 5 years.
The olive grove also extends to 6 Ha of high quality oil producing olives, mainly Frantoio olives.
The property has 3 dams with a total capacity of 17 ML which have re-filled yearly for the past decade, ensuring excellent water resources.
20 Ha of pasture has been leased to a local sheep farmer, with potential to continue this arrangement.

Planning permission has been obtained for the erection of 4 chalets for tourist accommodation and a managers residence. Building works to the manager’s residence which holds commanding views of the vineyard and olive grove have been completed to the roofing stage.
