"Butlers " consists of one title and is divided into six main paddocks. Of the total area of 402 hectares (994 acres) there are 372 hectares (919 acres) described as crop arable.
Water is provided via two dams and one soak. The soil types of "Butlers" are primarily light to medium soils and of good quality overall.
In recent years the property has been operated on an approximately 50% wheat / 50% pasture rotation, with pastures are consistently spray topped to keep weed burdens low. The entire property has been sown to wheat in 2015, following being left to pasture in the 2014 season.
Typically, an Agflow / Urea blend has been applied at sowing at a rate of 90kg/ha with additional nitrogen applied as required.
