The property is located at 169 Muntadgin Rd and also has frontage to the bitumen Wogarl - Muntadgin Rd on the Eastern boundary, being some 45km SE of the regional centre of Merredin.
Water is provided via five dams and two scheme water meters.
Farming infrastructure includes a 3 stand shearing shed with large capacity steel yards plus 2 x 600bu grain silos.
The soil types of "Veitch's" are exceptional, being mostly highly productive and kind loams and loamy clay soils, and the property is renowned for being a reliable producer.
In recent years the property has been operated on an approximately 65% wheat / 35% pasture rotation, with pastures are consistently spray topped to keep weed burdens low. Typically an Agflow / Urea blend has been applied at sowing at a rate of 90kg/ha with additional nitrogen applied as required.
