Grainswood North has sound improvements including a near new bore(2018) equipped with a solar powered submersible pump. The bore has a capacity of over 40ltr/minute at the two 22,000 ltr tanks, which are filled from the bore, some 300 metres away. There are also 3 dams (two of which can be filled from the bore at present).
The tanks act as a filling station for the farming and spraying needs and have the capacity to do a full farm spray without the need of any top up from the bore.

Situated south of Narromine, the area receives an average of approximately 21 inches or 525mm of rain annually. The property is serviced by a good gravel all weather road and is an easy 1 hour drive from Dubbo or approximately the same from Parkes.
The Narromine council area has a minimum requirement of 400ha for a building entitlement. "Grainswood North" would therefore meet this, subject to approval of D.A.
