- Situated 32Km east of the rural community of Newdegate. Verndale has a mix of gentle undulating soil types ranging from some heavy clay, clay loam and gravel sand loams that would be well suited to all farming pursuits. Verndale is a standalone operation held by the same family for 49 years

- Verndale is fenced into 22 paddocks with access to water for stock available in each paddock. There are a total of 19 dams and catchments, 18 dams have been recently cleaned out and catchments have been graded clean as required.
