There is approximately 342 Ha or 844 Ac arable (taken from vendors machines) the balance being natural and revegetated bush and creek lines. The original vegetation consists of York Gum, jam, Wattle and Banksia

Fencing
The property is fenced into 11 paddocks for small stock using ringlock on galvanised steel pickets. All fencing is in strong stock proof condition. Water
