Southern New England quality fattening country.
Approx 65km south of Walcha up above the Nowendoc Village. Approx 82km to Gloucester.
Country: Highly productive and very attractive, mainly red basalt undulating to hilly country. Much of the property is open grazing, pastured country with scattered trees and natural water flows. Altitude varies between 930 mtrs to 1060 mtrs above sea level. There is a beautiful stand of rain forest remaining, not considered suitable for clearing and pasture improvement.
