INTRODUCTION
Under instructions from Robert Hutson and David Winterbottom in their capacities as joint and several receivers and managers of Springsure Property Holdings (In Liquidation) (Receivers and Managers Appointed), Ray White Rural is pleased to present the property known as Palari located within the well renowned and regarded area of Springsure, Central Queensland.

LOCATION
Situated approximately 76 Km's south east of Emerald. Drive via Gindie onto the Glenorina Road then onto the Wyntoon Road, left into the Kilmore Road and right onto Sullivan's Road. Property then about 2 Klms on LHS
SERVICES
Emerald is considered the main service town for the Central Highlands with all services expected for a major regional rural centre.
COUNTRY TYPE
The property comprises principally of cleared former Brigalow, Bonewood and Softwood scrubs with areas of Box. Balance of country includes shade clumps. There is light regrowth in the Brigalow areas. Soils are a mix of quality scrub soils and lighter sandy loams. The entire property grows a good body of Buffel grass.
WATER AND FENCING
Palari is fenced into 3 grazing paddocks. Fencing consists of mainly 3 barb with steel and timber posts and in good condition. The property is watered by three dams ranging in sizes from 5,000 mᵌ to 7,000 mᵌ, one of which is equipped with a floating submersible pump with 2 x solar panels with a pipeline to a 22,500 litre poly tank and trough. Note the solar pump and solar panel, the pipeline, tank and trough are owned by the current Lessee and as such are not included in the sale.
