This property has been leased since February 2002 by the same leasee for the purpose of farming and grazing. The large stone homestead situated on the junction of the Gunyah road and Kelly road approx. 3kms from the main bitumen Quorn-Wilmington Road, has been used for both rental and holiday accommodation over this period and still presents in sound order for its age.
