Looking for a dream, secret retreat? A place to get away from it all and enjoy everything the Tasmanian wilderness has to offer? This could be the block for you. There are gullies of ferns to explore and hilltops with filtered views to discover through the towering gums.

Privacy is assured by the 54.3 acres (22.01ha) of forest on offer, with good AWD access to a great little clearing, a fantastic spot to make your weekend 'base camp'. From here you can meander along walking tracks through the bush and stop to take in the beauty of the abundance of birds and occasional wallaby, in fact you're likely to spot almost all of our native marsupials if you keep your ears and eyes open. Look up and spot a wedge-tailed eagle and listen out at night for the devils.

When you visit for the holidays, before you maybe build your wilderness home (STCA), you can bunk down in the well insulated zincalume clad 'camp', all set up with everything for basic comfort. Although not a Council approved structure, the bunk beds, gas cooker and outside gas hot water shower make for a great glamping experience.
