Hi! I have a somewhat unusual situation that I'm looking for the ideal tenant for. My house has two parts, one which I have been renting as short stay accommodation but would like to move that to a longer term tenant/housemate situation, that part of the house is completely self contained with own (small) kitchen, 1 bedroom, lounge, bathroom, own entrance and carport. plus patio and backyard.

I am a single parent of a 4yo girl, and we travel regularly to Melbourne for my work, overall about 1/4 of our time is spent in Melbourne currently. My daughter's bedroom can be a shared bedroom in the case of a single parent, it is located so it is accessible to both sides of the house, but the other side can be completely contained as a 1 bedroom suite as noted above, so either option can work. The kitchen is very small, so do not think it would suit more than 2 adults or 1 adult +1 child. Price includes all utilities and wifi. Contact to discuss! Happy to set up something well in advance. Can be furnished or unfurnished but has built in robes and prefer to lease furnished. Non smokers only please. Some pets negotiable but dogs are a no-go, sorry.

Please note there is no public transport to Rawson, you do need to own a reliable vehicle unless you like reaaally long walks. There is general store/post office, pharmacy, op shop, community health, Myli mobile library visits, primary school, and kinder and more services in Erica, a 5 minute drive away. There are some local employment opportunities, but ideal for remote working too.
