• The portfolio has been operated as part of a continuous cropping program for many years, utilizing a cereal / canola / lentil rotation with all properties currently leased to 31 January 2026 offering short term passive income.
• Structural improvements include an operation hub on Boxleigh comprising of a modern machinery shed, 48* ton silo, storage shed and 3-bedroom dwelling.
