Country
Largely level frontage country along the main watercourses of the Yappar and Clara Rivers and Esmeralda Creek and numerous tributaries. There are extensive open plains running into sandy forest country with some areas broken by scattered Lancewood ridges rising in the East to a line of low rocky hills along the Gregory Range. Timbered with Box and Gum on the Savannah country and with Ironbark and Ti Tree, Bloodwood, Bauhinia and Quinine in the forest country. Grassed with Spear and Forest Mitchell species, edible shrubs grow throughout with isolated areas established to Seca and Verano Stylo. The property is easily accessible with good trafficable roads.

Access is good and affords numerous options for the progeny either to the Western Downs country or to quality Central Queensland fattening country and towards the coast to processors and feedlotters.
