All approved applicants will be required to sign a Rooming Accommodation Agreement (Form R18) and adhere to House Rules which form part of the agreement. A copy of the House Rules will be provided to all potential residents during the application processing stage. 

Located in the heart of Annerley, this room offers a perfect balance of accessibility and lifestyle. You’re within walking distance to Woolworths, gyms, cafes, and local dining spots, while also enjoying quick access to the PA Hospital, University of Queensland via the Green Bridge, and major bus and train routes. It’s a convenient location for both students and working professionals.

This is a modern rooming accommodation home with private, lockable rooms. Room 2 is an ensuite room that includes a double bed, private bathroom, and reverse cycle air conditioning. The air conditioning is individually metered, and tenants are charged separately for their personal air conditioning usage. 

Your internet, water, and general electricity (excluding air conditioning usage) are included within your weekly rental price. Due to Brisbane City Council and Queensland Fire Compliance all rooms are single occupancy only (i.e. no couples, no children). As this is a Rooming Accommodation house it is not suitable for pets.

We accept either 6 or 12 month leases, we cannot do anything shorter than 3 months in Rooming Accommodation.

Waverley Street is ideally located with quick access into Brisbane City by bus or train. Bus stops along Ipswich Road and Fairfield Road service the CBD, UQ, and surrounding suburbs. Fairfield Train Station is just a short walk away, offering a direct rail link to the city. You can expect a 15–20 minute commute to the Brisbane CBD, with local shops and essentials just around the corner.
