All approved applicants will be required to sign a Rooming Accommodation Agreement (Form R18) and adhere to House Rules which form part of the agreement. A copy of the House Rules will be provided to all potential residents during the application processing stage.
Located in the heart of Morningside, this room offers unbeatable convenience—just minutes to local cafes, gyms, supermarkets, and transport options. With easy access into the Brisbane CBD, Bulimba’s dining precinct, and the Gateway Motorway, the location suits students and professionals looking for simple, connected living.
Room 3 is a private, furnished bedroom with a single bed, wardrobe, study desk, and a portable air conditioner provided for comfort. This is a standard room (not ensuite) with access to shared bathrooms and communal facilities including a large kitchen, laundry and dining area—cleaned regularly for your convenience. The room is lockable for your privacy and security.
Your electricity, internet and water are included within your weekly rental price. Due to Brisbane City Council and Queensland Fire Compliance, all rooms are single occupancy only (i.e. no couples, no children). As this is a Rooming Accommodation house, it is not suitable for pets.
APPLICATIONS
We strongly encourage people to pre-submit their tenancy application prior to inspecting as this will allow us to contact your references. We accept either 6 or 12 month leases, we cannot do anything shorter than 3 months in Rooming Accommodation.
