All approved applicants will be required to sign a Rooming Accommodation Agreement (Form R18) and adhere to House Rules which form part of the agreement. A copy of the House Rules will be provided to all potential residents during the application processing stage.

Located in the heart of Chermside, this well-kept share house is just a short stroll to Westfield Chermside, major bus routes, and local parks. Room 3 is a furnished standard room with a single bed, offering simple and affordable living in a convenient location. Please note that this room does not have air conditioning.

All rooms in the property are private and lockable, and residents share access to a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, laundry and communal spaces.

Your electricity, internet and water are included within your weekly rental price. Due to Brisbane City Council and Queensland Fire Compliance all rooms are single occupancy only (i.e. no couples, no children). As this is a Rooming Accommodation house it is not suitable for pets.

We strongly encourage people to pre-submit their tenancy application prior to inspecting as this will allow us to contact your references. We accept either 6 or 12 month leases, we cannot do anything shorter than 3 months in Rooming Accommodation.

The property is well serviced by buses, including high-frequency routes such as the 333, 340 and 370, which depart regularly from the nearby Chermside bus interchange. These routes provide easy access to the city, hospitals, and university campuses. Westfield Chermside is within walking distance for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
